Agreements

Since the Green Card System was established the relationship between the National Bureaux were based on the Uniform Agreement.

This document was changed by the decision of the General Assembly of the Council of Bureaux on 30 May, 2002, at Rethymno (Crete) and the new agreement is called “Internal Regulations”.

The Internal Regulations is a bilateral agreement signed between the National Bureaux published in the Official Gazette of the European Union on 31 July, 2003.
