Answer BAAR	The insurance companies members of B.A.A.R. do not have the right to issue a “Green Card” civil liability insurance for a vehicle normally based in another country (member of the Green Card International System) other than Romania.

Question	I have been involved in a traffic accident in Romania and the driver liable for the accident was driving a motor vehicle registered in the State X (please see Addresses/National Bureaux) whose National Bureau is a Member of the Green Card System. Whom shall I address?
Answer BAAR	In such cases you could either address to the Romanian Motor Insurers` s Bureau (B.A.A.R) or to the company which is the nominated correspondent of the insurance undertaking that issued the Green Card insurance.

Question	I would like to purchase a Green Card insurance. Whom shall I address?
Answer BAAR	You can purchase a Green Card insurance from any insurance undertaking member of the Romanian Motor Insurers` s Bureau (B.A.A.R.).
